Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Since all Minmoda products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind. Please consult our size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Received something that isn't right? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@minmoda.com.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used
- Orders without proof of purchase
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
