Can I send items to multiple addresses in one order?
We currently support one shipping address per order. To ship to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses without issue.
Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means VAT, import duties, and customs fees are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility upon delivery. For specific rates, please consult your local customs authority.
